Terri Pratt (she/her)

Terri Pratt is a therapist with Neurodiverse Counseling and holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling. As a mother of queer and neurodivergent children, Terri is deeply motivated to support LGBTQIA youth, particularly in the context of the LDS community. She advocates for those striving to build meaningful relationships with deity while embracing their authentic selves.

Terri has served on the board for Gather for Youth, organizes monthly Ally Nights in Arizona, and is part of Gather Arizona’s leadership. She also collaborates with affirming therapy practices and plans training events to educate therapists on supporting LGBTQIA individuals. Currently, Terri is the Communications Director for Belong, where she champions the needs of neurodivergent youth and fosters connections among participants.

Guided by curiosity, radical acceptance, and love, Terri hopes to inspire others to celebrate their uniqueness and discover spiritual growth on their own terms. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. A self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie, she once navigated in the Baja 1000. Terri’s favorite quote by Father Gregory Boyle—“Love that doesn’t try to change you changes you”—reflects her unwavering commitment to creating safe, affirming spaces for LGBTQIA youth, where individuality is celebrated without disclaimers.
