Sydney Williams (she/her)


Sydney brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in the field of therapy and mental health, fueled by her unwavering commitment to women's health and the pursuit of equality for all. Her journey in helping those with eating disorders began in 2008, and she has since garnered a wealth of expertise. For over a decade, Sydney worked in residential treatment settings, where she assumed the role of a clinical director for seven years. Her profound passion lies in empowering clients to discover their authentic voices, recover from the pain and disorders that burden them, and ultimately find peace and joy in life. In January 2021, Sydney established Evergreen Therapy Collective, which has flourished into a thriving small group practice.

Sydney's repertoire of therapeutic tools includes EMDR, an IFS-informed approach, and various other modalities, all meticulously selected to deliver the highest level of care to her clients. She specializes in working with individuals grappling with eating disorders, body image concerns, infertility, and is a staunch advocate for the LGBTQIA2SP+ community. Additionally, her expertise extends to assisting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, marital issues, ADHD, and trauma.

 Sydney's extensive experience extends to her role as an accomplished trainer and speaker. In December 2022, she embarked on a consulting and training venture in collaboration with her best friend, Kathy Spencer, LCSW, aptly named, The Eating Disorder Consultants.
