Arthur Wiseman (he/him)
Arthur Wiseman is a Registered Behavior Technician, LGBTQIA+ advocate, and community organizer passionate about helping queer youth feel seen, supported, and empowered—especially within an LDS context. As someone who is both gay and a lifelong member of the Church, Arthur has found purpose in building bridges between faith and identity.
Arthur’s advocacy takes many forms: he leads an online support space called LDS Gay Family, works with local queer-inclusive groups, and ministers to others through heartfelt connection. He even served much of his LDS mission as an openly gay elder—an experience that taught him the power of vulnerability and spiritual authenticity.
At this event, Arthur brings his genuine nature, people skills, and passion for mentorship. His goal? To help participants believe in their own power to shape the life they want—whatever that may look like. “There’s no blueprint,” he says. “We get to decide what our future looks like.”
Arthur is all about connection—whether it’s through a good round of D&D, singing with friends, baking something new, or trying aerial silks for the first time. He’s lived in five states, but what grounds him are the values of authenticity, vulnerability, and love.
His hope is simple but powerful: that everyone here knows they’re not alone, and that community, joy, and belonging are absolutely within reach.
