Ane Loveless (she/her)

Ane is a Communications Instructor at ASU whose passion for inclusivity fuels her support for LGBTQIA youth within an LDS context. Drawing from her own experiences of feeling like she didn't quite "fit the LDS mold," Ane has made it a lifelong commitment to ensure others feel seen and included – a journey that blossomed into active allyship.

A lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ane cherishes the many family members and friends who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her dedication to fostering supportive spaces is evident in her co-hosting of a monthly ally night at her home, where church members can gather to feel seen and loved.

While contributing significantly behind the scenes by lending her creative talents to Belong's social media and marketing efforts, Ane is thrilled to also be returning as a Counselor this year. Having served in this role previously, she eagerly anticipates reconnecting with her "Spinach Puffs" from last year and welcoming new friends to the Belong community.

Ane's heartfelt hope for all participants is that they will discover a true sense of belonging and recognize the profound positive impact they have on the lives around them.

Outside of her professional and advocacy work, Ane enjoys exploring the world through travel, diving into a good book, and engaging in games of all varieties.
